Product Type: #205 BULLDOG® ONE COAT SILICONE ROOF COATING is a one component, solvent free, moisture curing silicone rubber roof coating that resists water and extends the life of applicable in place roof membranes. The silicone roof coating system resists the harmful effects of the sun's ultraviolet rays, and reduces roof temperature when applied in the white pigmented formulation that can reduce electrical usage and utility costs during times when when air conditioning is in use. White pigmented silicone roofs assist in reducing urban heat islands and assist in providing a cleaner and healthier environment. #205 can be applied in a single application and provide a maximum mil thickness of 70 mils without blistering while maintaining maximum adhesion. Surface preparation: may be used. All surfaces to be clean and completely dry prior to the application of the coating or the adhesion of the coating will be adversely affected. It is recommended that roof surfaces be power washed prior to the application of the coating.
