BULLDOG® Silicone Roof Patch #213 is a single-component, high-build silicone mastic. Upon cure, it forms a durable, weatherproof sealant for use with BULLDOG® Silicone Roofing Systems.

Built for Roof Sealing and Protection

BULLDOG® Silicone Roof Patch can be used to seal and protect roof penetrations, seams, fasteners, and other roofing substrates and surfaces. The product is white in color and is designed for application where seams, details, cracks, or fastener heads need to be encapsulated and sealed.

Recommended Uses

  • Seal and protect roof penetrations.
  • Seal seams, details, cracks, and transitions.
  • Encapsulate fastener heads and seal rough substrates or other roofing surfaces.

Application Guidance

All surfaces must be clean, dry, sound, and free of contaminants before application. Power washing or other cleaning may be necessary to enhance adhesion. Any primers used on the roof surface should be applied and cured before BULLDOG® Silicone Roof Patch is applied. No thinning or reducing is recommended. Mix the material in the container until it is homogeneous and consistent before use. The product may be applied with a stiff bristle brush, roller, or squeegee, and is typically applied at 50 to 100 square feet per gallon per coat, depending on use and the roughness of the application. Ensure the mastic is completely cured before subsequent coating applications. Apply when ambient air and substrate temperatures are above 32°F (0°C) and when inclement weather is not forecast. The surface must be 100% dry and free of moisture prior to application. Clean up with Rule 66 mineral spirits.
